What we collect
A preferred name, grade level, optional section, requested and confirmed appointment times, and appointment status. We also temporarily rate-limit signup attempts using a protected network identifier.
What we don't collect
No reasons for seeking guidance, mental-health histories, diagnoses, sensitive disclosures, files, photos, home addresses, or phone numbers.
Who can see it?
Your appointments are accessible through your private access code. Authorized guidance staff can review the minimum information needed to schedule visits. Never share your code.
Important
Even the fact that someone requested a guidance visit is personal information. This tool must be approved by your school and its designated privacy officer before students use it with real information. The school must publish its privacy notice, contact details, retention period, and appropriate student/parent information procedures.
